The 30-Day Manifestation Experiment: Becoming Her
Intentionally Creating a Life I Love, One Day at a Time
Starting over isn't something that magically happens the moment you pack up your car, hit the road, and arrive at your next destination. Sure, you might have a new address, a different view, and an entirely new environment, but actually building a new life? That's a process. And honestly, it's a pretty magical one.
When I made the spontaneous decision to move to Florida, I promised myself one thing: I was going to intentionally design a life I genuinely loved.
Not a life that looked good to everyone else. Not a life built around expectations, survival, or simply getting through the day. I wanted a life that felt good to me.
I wanted to slow down, trust the process, practice manifestation, and see what could happen when I stopped trying to control every little detail and started making room for the things I actually wanted.
And let me tell you something.
The Law of Vacuum Prosperity works.
At least, that's what my experience has led me to believe.
A Little Life Update: Everything Is Falling Into Place
Remember when I talked about letting go of the old to make room for the new?
Well, here's a pretty incredible example of that.
I furnished my entire home for less than $100.
And when I say furnished, I mean furnished.
I took on a move-out cleaning job and ended up receiving an entire house full of Rooms To Go furniture. I'm talking about furniture nicer than anything I've ever owned before.
For the first time since moving, my house genuinely feels like a home.
And here's the crazy part: I actually ended up with more furniture than I needed.
I now have extra pieces sitting in storage, some of which I plan to donate and others I plan to resell to help fund my scholarship program.
Think about that for a second.
I moved to Florida with almost nothing, trusting that things would eventually come together. And somehow, not only did I end up with everything I needed, but I ended up with enough to give back to other people.
Call it manifestation, divine timing, opportunity, or simply being in the right place at the right time.
Whatever you want to call it, I'm grateful.
And it hasn't just been the furniture.
Since making the spontaneous decision to relocate, I've been blessed in more ways than I can count.
I love the town we live in. I love our home. I love my work. I love the community I've started building. I love the direction my life is heading.
For the longest time, I felt like something was calling me to Florida. I couldn't explain exactly what it was, but I knew I needed to be here.
Now I think I understand.
I wasn't being called to a destination. I was being called to a different way of living.
A slower life. A more intentional life. A life where I could build something meaningful, enjoy the little things, and finally feel like I belonged somewhere.
And for the first time in a very long time, I can genuinely say:
I'm happy.
Not because everything is perfect. Not because I've accomplished every goal or suddenly have everything figured out.
I'm happy because I love the life I'm building.
But here's where things get interesting.
Happiness Doesn't Mean I'm Finished Growing
As grateful and happy as I am, there's still this deep sense of unfulfillment that I can't ignore.
Not because my life is bad. Quite the opposite.
It's because I know there are so many things I want to experience, create, accomplish, and become that I'm not actively making space for.
I want to grow my businesses. I want to create more. I want to feel healthier, stronger, and more confident. I want to explore new places, meet interesting people, make beautiful memories with my daughters, and experience more of what life has to offer.
I don't want to spend my days so focused on building a future that I forget to enjoy the present.
And I definitely don't want to wake up a year from now realizing I've spent another 365 days thinking about the woman I want to become instead of actually becoming her.
So, I've decided to get insanely fucking intentional.
I'm planning a 30-day experiment on myself.
Introducing My 30-Day Manifestation Experiment
For 30 days, I'm committing to living as intentionally as possible.
I'm going to combine manifestation, visualization, gratitude, personal development, and most importantly, consistent action.
Because while I absolutely believe in the power of our thoughts, I also believe we have to participate in creating the lives we want.
I don't expect to sit on my couch, visualize a million dollars, and magically find it in my bank account tomorrow.
But I am curious about what happens when I consistently align my thoughts, habits, decisions, and actions with the future I envision.
Can I change my mindset?
Can I build better habits?
Can I create new opportunities?
Can I become more confident, productive, and fulfilled?
And most importantly, can I learn to enjoy my life even more while I'm working toward my goals?
That's what I want to find out.
For these 30 days, everything comes back to one question:
"Does this align with the life I'm creating?"
Not "Will this make me money today?"
Not "What would everyone else do?"
Not "What have I always done?"
But rather, "Is this moving me closer to the woman I want to become?"
Here's how I'm going to approach it.
My Morning Routine: Starting With Intention
I'm dedicating the first 30–45 minutes of my morning to myself.
Before social media, emails, work, or the million other things that compete for my attention, I want to start each day intentionally.
1. Water, Sunlight, and a Little Fresh Air
Something as simple as drinking water and stepping outside for five minutes can help me begin the day feeling more awake and present.
2. Practicing Genuine Gratitude
Every morning, I'll write down three things I'm grateful for.
Not things I think I should be grateful for. Things that genuinely make me appreciate the life I have right now.
3. Scripting My Future
This is one of the parts I'm most excited about.
Every morning, I'll spend 5–10 minutes writing from the perspective of myself one year from now.
I'll begin with:
"I'm so grateful that..."
And then describe the life I'm working toward as though I'm already living it.
A successful and profitable Openly Curated brand. Financial stability. A peaceful home. Healthy routines. More travel. Stronger relationships. More creativity. More freedom.
The goal isn't to obsess over exactly how everything will happen.
It's to get clear about what I'm creating.
4. Visualizing an Ordinary Day in My Dream Life
I don't just want to imagine huge accomplishments.
I want to imagine the everyday moments.
Making coffee in a beautiful kitchen. Working on something I love. Seeing sales come through my online store. Going to yoga. Spending quality time with my girls. Taking spontaneous beach trips. Checking my bank account without anxiety.
I want that life to feel familiar rather than impossible.
5. Asking Myself One Simple Question
"What would the future version of me do today?"
And then actually doing it.
Because dreaming about a different life means nothing if I continue making the exact same decisions.
During the Day: Actually Living the Life I'm Manifesting
This is where the real experiment begins.
I can journal, visualize, and repeat affirmations all morning long, but if I spend the rest of my day doing absolutely nothing differently, what am I really changing?
Every single day, I'm committing to three things.
One Money Move
Every day, I'll do at least one thing that moves me closer to financial freedom or growing my businesses.
That might mean creating a digital product, uploading merchandise, recording a podcast episode, writing, improving my website, marketing my services, or developing another income stream.
I don't have to do everything in one day.
I just have to do something meaningful.
Small, consistent actions add up.
One Future-Self Move
This is about becoming the woman I envision, one habit at a time.
Maybe it's yoga, reading, getting dressed and feeling put together, taking care of my skin, eating better, maintaining a peaceful home, or making time for personal growth.
Instead of telling myself I'll start doing those things once I'm successful, confident, or financially comfortable, I'm going to start doing them now.
I'm not waiting to become her. I'm practicing being her.
One Life Move
This might actually be the most important commitment of the entire experiment.
Every day, I want to do something simply because I enjoy being alive.
Not because it will make me money.
Not because it will grow my social media.
Not because it's productive.
Just because it makes life worth living.
Maybe that's exploring a new neighborhood, visiting a coffee shop, going thrifting, watching the sunset, taking my daughters somewhere fun, or sitting on the beach with a book.
I moved to Florida to create a beautiful life.
It's time to actually live it.
Changing My Mindset Without Pretending Life Is Perfect
One thing I refuse to do during this experiment is force myself into toxic positivity.
I'm human.
I'm going to have frustrating days. I'm going to feel overwhelmed sometimes. I'm going to question myself, worry about money, and occasionally wonder what the hell I'm doing.
And that's okay.
The goal isn't to eliminate every negative thought.
It's to stop allowing those thoughts to control my decisions.
When I catch myself thinking things like "I can't afford that life," "I'm falling behind," or "What if none of this works?" I'm going to practice something different.
Notice. Question. Redirect.
Instead of spiraling, I'll remind myself:
"This might be my current circumstance, but it doesn't have to be my permanent reality. What's one thing I can control today?"
I want to become more aware of the stories I tell myself and whether those stories are helping me grow or keeping me stuck.
Bad days won't mean I've failed.
They'll just mean I'm human.
My Evening Routine: Collecting the Evidence
Every evening, I'm setting aside about 20 minutes to reflect on my day.
I want to document this experience rather than simply rely on how I feel at the end of the month.
1. Keeping an Evidence Journal
Every night, I'll ask myself what went right.
Maybe I received an unexpected client inquiry, made a sale, met someone interesting, discovered a new opportunity, or simply enjoyed a peaceful moment with my daughters.
I want to start noticing the good things that are already happening around me.
Not every coincidence needs to be a supernatural sign. Sometimes an opportunity is just an opportunity.
But I want to pay attention to all of it.
2. Writing Down Three Wins
Big or small, they all count.
3. Reflecting on One Lesson
What did today teach me?
4. Releasing One Thing
Fear. Urgency. Comparison. Guilt. Someone else's opinion. Something that didn't go as planned.
Whatever it is, I'm leaving it there instead of carrying it into tomorrow.
5. Ending With Visualization
I'll finish my night with five minutes of visualization, imagining myself living an ordinary day in the future I'm creating.
Then I'll go to sleep and do it all again.
Giving Every Day a Purpose
I don't want to schedule every second of my life.
Part of the freedom I'm working toward is having the flexibility to actually enjoy my days.
But I do want some structure.
Here's the weekly rhythm I'm experimenting with:
| Day | Focus |
|---|---|
| Monday | CEO Day — business planning, finances, and goals |
| Tuesday | Create — products, content, and building my brand |
| Wednesday | Create and work — business development and cleaning clients |
| Thursday | Explore — work somewhere new or discover a new place |
| Friday | Money and fun — finish strong and enjoy life |
| Saturday | Family adventures, quality time, and making memories |
| Sunday | Rest, reset, reflect, and realign |
I'm also challenging myself to visit one new place, meet one new person, and try one new experience every week.
I want to expand my world, not just my bank account.
Breaking the Experiment Into Four Phases
Rather than trying to change everything overnight, I'm dividing the 30 days into four phases.
Days 1–7: CLEAR
The first week is all about making room for the new.
I'll declutter, organize, clean up my digital life, review my finances, finish loose ends, and get crystal clear about what I want.
It's another opportunity to practice the Law of Vacuum Prosperity.
Out with the old. In with the new.
Days 8–14: BECOME
During the second week, I'm focusing on acting like the future version of myself.
Building routines. Practicing yoga. Showing up consistently for Openly Curated. Taking better care of myself. Spending time in places that inspire me.
Essentially, making the habits of my dream life part of my current reality.
Days 15–21: EXPAND
This is where I'm challenging myself to get uncomfortable.
Introduce myself to someone new. Pitch an idea. Launch something. Share something I've been afraid to post. Try an unfamiliar experience.
I want to stop playing small simply because being visible or trying something new feels uncomfortable.
Days 22–30: RECEIVE & REVIEW
The final phase is about continuing to take action while releasing the need to control every outcome.
I'll reflect on what's changed.
Did my income increase? Did my confidence improve? Did I create new opportunities? Did I meet new people? Did my habits stick?
Did I actually enjoy my life more?
And most importantly:
Am I closer to becoming the woman I described on Day 1?
Keeping Myself Accountable
Because I'm calling this an experiment, I want to measure the results.
Before beginning, I'm rating different areas of my life on a scale of 1–10, including my finances, business momentum, confidence, happiness, energy, home environment, social life, relationships, physical wellness, and overall life satisfaction.
I'm also documenting measurable things like business revenue, online store sales, audience growth, and new opportunities.
At the end of the 30 days, I'll complete the same assessment and compare the results.
I want to know what actually changed.
Not just what I think changed.
Maybe I'll experience incredible opportunities. Maybe I'll build habits that completely transform my days. Maybe I'll learn something unexpected about myself.
And maybe some things won't go the way I imagined.
That's part of the experiment, too.
A Little Update: Sometimes Life Has Other Plans
As excited as I am to begin this experiment, life has thrown us a pretty significant curveball.
With Hurricane Isaias coming through, losing power and cell service, and now having a whole lot of cleanup and recovery ahead of us, I'm honestly not sure exactly when I'll be able to officially begin.
And you know what? That's okay.
If there's one thing this journey has already taught me, it's that intentional living doesn't mean having control over everything. Sometimes it means learning to adapt, surrender, and trust the timing of your own life.
Right now, my priority is getting our home, routines, and everyday life back in order.
I'm currently aiming for November 1st as the official start of my 30-day manifestation experiment. That gives me a few weeks to recover from the storm, get organized, and start practicing the routines I've outlined before fully committing to the experiment.
And honestly, I think that might work out even better.
Rather than jumping into 30 days of completely unfamiliar habits and expecting myself to master them overnight, I want to use this time to practice. To figure out what works for me, make adjustments, and build a foundation that feels sustainable.
Because the goal isn't to follow a routine perfectly for 30 days and then go right back to my old habits.
The goal is to create a lifestyle that becomes second nature.
I want to enter this experiment prepared, focused, and ready to fully embody the woman I'm working toward becoming.
So, November 1st is the goal, but I'm giving myself the grace to adjust that date if life requires it.
In the meantime, I'll be practicing gratitude, visualization, journaling, and making more intentional choices whenever I can.
After all, manifestation isn't just about getting what you want. For me, it's also about learning to trust the process, even when things don't happen according to plan.
And if a hurricane has taught me anything lately, it's that you can have every intention of creating a beautiful, peaceful life and still encounter a little chaos along the way.
What matters is how you choose to move forward.
So here's to rebuilding, realigning, and hopefully kicking off this next chapter on November 1st.
The experiment hasn't officially started yet, but the transformation already has.
Here's to the Next 30 Days
I think one of the biggest lessons I've learned since moving to Florida is that starting over doesn't automatically create a new life.
You have to intentionally build one.
You have to make different decisions. Create new habits. Let go of things that no longer serve you. Put yourself in unfamiliar situations. Take chances. Trust yourself.
And sometimes, you have to allow yourself to enjoy what you've already created instead of constantly chasing what's next.
I'm proud of how far I've come.
I'm grateful for the life my daughters and I are building.
And I'm genuinely excited about where we're headed.
But I know I'm capable of so much more.
So when this experiment officially begins, I'm choosing to be intentional with my thoughts, my time, my energy, my actions, and the experiences I allow into my life.
I'm choosing to stop waiting for the perfect moment while also recognizing that preparation is part of the process.
I'm choosing to become the woman I've been envisioning.
And I'm going to document the whole damn thing.
Here's to 30 days of manifestation, intentional living, and seeing what happens when I start showing up for the life I say I want.
With love,
Karma Dios
